- Account & Authentication: Your name and email address provided through our authentication partner (Clerk).
- Inspection Data: Digital photographs and field notes you upload to the report generator.
- Payment Details: Transaction records handled securely through Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
The collected information is used solely to:
- Process your photos and notes through multimodal AI models (Google Gemini) to draft the inspection narrative.
- Compile and store your editable Word document (.docx).
- Deliver your report download link to your email address via SendGrid.
3. Data Retention & Automatic Photo Deletion
We respect your storage and privacy:
- Temporary Photo Uploads: Photos uploaded for report generation are automatically deleted from cloud storage immediately after the report generation completes.
- Generated Reports: Your compiled DOCX report is preserved in secure cloud storage under a private unique session ID to enable direct customer download access.

We partner with trusted enterprise service providers to operate AI Inspector:
- Clerk: User authentication and identity security.
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
- Google Generative AI (Gemini): Multimodal vision analysis.
- Vercel Blob Storage: High-performance secure file storage.
- SendGrid: Transactional email delivery.
5. No Selling of Data
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data, inspection notes, or property photographs to third parties or advertising networks.
